Dataset description

For PPRTs, the code of l'environment defines a single category of zones for zones (L515-15 et seq.): areas exposed to risk. Unlike natural RPPs, PPRTs never have restricted areas that are not directly exposed to risks. Depending on the level of d'aira, each zone of the PPRT is the subject of an opposable regulation. PPRT regulations generally distinguish two types of zones: 1- “zones d' prohibition to build”, so-called “red zones”, when the level of #x27; hazard is strong and the general rule is #x27; prohibition to build; 2- “prescription zones”, so-called “blue zones”, when the level of #x27; hazard is average and projects are subject to requirements adapted to the type of #x27; issue. The instructions in the guide d' PPRT development add a gradation to the “red zones” and “blue zones”. __Origin__ The noise levels emitted by a given infrastructure during an average day are evaluated using numerical models producing isophone curves translated into noise zones, according to the;recommended index for all modes of transport at European level, namely the Lden index, and l' index Ln.Strategic noise maps aggregate or translate these noise zones according to the type of strategic noise map, i.e. maps d' exposure to noise, areas affected by noise, maps of exceedance of limit values, and maps d' known or foreseeable evolution of noise level.Strategic noise maps, regulatoryly approved by the Prefect, must be re-engineered and, where necessary, revised every 5 years. The updates to strategic noise maps must cover several aspects of the acquisition, the processing of the data and the publication of the results:- with the correction, if necessary, on the date N+ 1, of the errors made when drawing up the documents on date N,- with the addition of all new data (new paths, new buildings...) created between date N and date N+ 1. __Partner organisations__ DDT Meurthe-et-Moselle __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-4715cfc8-9e0b-4200-bab7-fd0bdbb53aa1) * [basic URL of wms/wfs services on the Internet](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/wxs?map=/opt/data/carto/geoide-catalogue/1.4/org_38124/8dc54ffe-e90e-40df-b1b7-03e7638a1ee3.internet.map) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/8ff7a24d5ebfc272c910f1543c33e3a3423b6c3d)
