Dataset description

The graphic layer describes the perimeters of the priority geography of the city’s policy in Île-de-France. The city’s policy is based on a partnership between the State, local authorities and their partners (social workers, economic circles, CAF, associations...) and is based on a priority geography. The perimeters of the priority districts of the city policy are set by Decree No. 2014-1750 of 30 December 2014, throughout the national territory. They were defined on the single criterion of low income of the inhabitants. The NQPV layer includes the perimeters of the city’s new priority districts (as well as for Paris, the contours of active watch districts). Active watch districts correspond in Paris to the districts of the CUCS (Contrat Urbain de Cohésion Sociale) 2007-2014 not renewed within the framework of the new priority geography, as well as the old watch districts. The data is divided into three categories: * **NQPV**: a NQPV neighbourhood corresponds to a regulatory priority district defined at national level on the basis of the single criterion of concentration of poverty. * **QVA**: an Active Watch District corresponds to an old district CUCS (district of the urban contract for social cohesion 2007-2014) not selected among the NQPV districts of the new City contract 2015-2010 * **AQV**: a former watch district corresponds to a district of Veille du CUCS 2007-2014
