Dataset description

The dataset concerns aid granted in 2013 as part of the project aid for street and circus arts projects. **_Beneficiaries_** Beneficiaries of this regional aid may be actors in the field of street and circus arts and acting for the development of the creation, production and dissemination of works in public spaces: companies, collectives of artists, operators, places led by an artistic team, structures organising highlights or events. ** _Eligibility conditions_** Projects eligible for regional aid are: projects of creation or artistic recovery in the public space integrating the surrounding context including projects in situ; presented by professional creative structures (companies and operators) that have already created and broadcast at least one show under this artistic field. Also concerned are the creative projects carried out by the artistic teams who have chosen to roam under capital and thus broadcast their show in the heart of the city and as close as possible to its inhabitants. The Region will be attentive to projects relating to artistic emergence in order to accompany the creation of tomorrow and facilitate the meeting of these artists with the public. or \- projects or events outside festivals and city festivals taking place in the French territory highlighting street and/or circus arts, dissemination in public space and artistic emergence. Priority will be given to projects taking place in territories where these artistic fields are less present. The projects must propose specific actions aimed at the Parisians in order to create the conditions for the meeting between artists and audiences. Regional outreach is not an eligibility criterion here, unlike support for cultural events. Moreover, consideration of the relationship to the public is an essential factor that must be reflected in the implementation of these projects. Such projects may include, for example: \- a highlight around the discovery of street arts and/or circus arts outside festivals and city festivals the opening for the first time of a season to the street arts with a suite of appointments allowing the public to discover the arts of the street and the track in the public space. In both cases, the aim is to accompany new initiatives that are not of a fixed and annual temporality and to support the risk-taking of the organiser whether it is an operator, a place of dissemination (theatre, cultural centre) or a local authority. ** _Nature and terms of aid_** Regional aid accompanies specific projects delimited over time and may be renewed. This aid cannot be combined with network support. Priority is given to projects whose sponsors are not already supported by the Region. The same structure may receive support under each of these two schemes once any project subsidised under either of the schemes has been completed. _Assessment criteria_ The nature, objectives, content and singularity of the artistic project \- The coherence of the budget and the sustainability of the project \- The diversity and relevance of committed partnerships Compliance with the laws in force and the remuneration of artists within the framework of the minima provided for in the professional agreements Priority is given to projects that are part of a virtuous social, environmental and energy approach, the fight against global warming, the protection of biodiversity and more broadly at the environmental level. _Eligible expenditure and financing arrangements_ Expenditure attributable to the development of the projects referred to in paragraph 3.In the case of a project under a closed and open capital or mobile structure, expenditure relating to the installation (assembly, dismantling) shall be taken into account. Regional support shall be capped at a maximum of 50 % of the subsidising expenditure HT within a maximum grant ceiling of EUR 40 000.
