Protective forests generating A7 servitudes in Seine-et-Marne

The generator is a geographical entity whose nature or function induces, under #x27; an effect of regulation, constraints on the modalities of #x27; occupation of the soil of surrounding lands.The disappearance or destruction on the ground of the generator n' has no consequence of suppressing the servitude(s) associated with it. Only a new act of annulment or #x27; repeal taken by the competent authority may legally remove the effects of the easement(s) in question. May be classified as protected forests, due to public utility (Article L411-1 of the Forest Code): * forests whose conservation is recognised as necessary to maintain land on the mountains and on slopes, to defend against avalanches, erosions and invasions of water and sands; * woods and forests, regardless of their owners, located on the outskirts of large agglomerations, as well as in areas where their maintenance is required, either for ecological reasons or for the well-being of the population. __Origin__ Benchmark used: BD TOPO The stops were placed relatively in relation to the building, administrative boundaries and road infrastructure, based on STIF maps.
