Dataset description

The synthesis data of the System d'Information on Public Services d' Water and d' Sanitation (SISPEA) present, service by service, the fraction of the data available to the general public on the Observatory of Water and Sanitation Services (http://www.services.eaufrance.fr), relevant for each jurisdiction (drinking water, collective sanitation, non-collective sanitation) and required for the annual report of competence and of the year considered. Each file corresponds to the data of a year and a skill and includes a series of data: — Data series table, by public service: description, indicators, variables, audit notice of the services of the State (tab "services;) These files correspond to the collective remediation competence. The description of the services comes from the DDT(M/DEAL/DRIEE) and represents a near-complete census of existing services. The annual data (indicators and variables) are produced, captured and published by the communities after verification by the services of the State (DDT(M)/DREAL/DRIEE). Incidentally, the latter can capture and publish the data, in consultation with the communities. The services of the State carry out a check of the consistency of each indicator and translate this control into one of the following 3 words: & without apparent anomaly(quot;, " presumption of' anomaly" and & anomaly &). The indicators accompanied by the opinion " anomaly; do not appear in this file because they are considered unusable for the report. Indicators include: the number of inhabitants served; the maximum opening time; urban waste water compliance rates of treatment plants;l' network heritage management index. __Origin__ Indicators made public with " anomaly" as well as the indicators without variable d' agglomeration entered but also the indicators outgoing from l'pure decreed by the AFB (at the #x27; outside of d' a min-max interval) were removed from this file. Only data that can be used and considered reliable for the report were kept. __Partner organisations__ OFB [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/ae49cc98a4ad581eebee393215024bbd13d8bc09)
