Publication of the decrees of the city of Bordeaux

As of 1 July 2022, new legal provisions simplify the publicity rules for all acts of local and regional authorities. Henceforth, they must put online, in full, all its decisions of a regulatory or mixed nature, so that “no one ignores it”. Without this formality, the act cannot “enter into force” i.e. be applied. That formality also triggers the period of two months during which the measure concerned may be the subject of a legal action. Certain acts of an individual nature which are notified to the addressee are also published here to ensure that the time limit for bringing proceedings to third parties is triggered. In order to protect privacy, acts containing personal data may be subject to an anonymised or pseudonymised publication after 2 months of posting. These publications complement the open data policy already implemented.
