Purple garlic of Cadours AOC/PDO: market price

This dataset offers the evolution of average prices of the Cadour garlic market since 2011. These courses are established weekly at the end of the market on Wednesday mornings from July to November, during the harvest period, on the basis of the quantities sold and the prices recorded. This weekly market is mainly aimed at traders, restaurants and food professionals who purchase the goods directly from local producers. The purple garlic of Cadours meets a precise specification, approved by the decree of 17 December 2015 (available in attachment). It conditions, among other things, the quality of the product, the sizing (the diameter of the garlic head) and its packaging (pressure, sheath, bag and tray).
