Radius of 15 km — Article L122-2 Code Urbanisme — Hautes-Pyrénées

A radius of 15 km is generated around agglomerations with more than 15000 inhabitants pursuant to Article L122-2 of the code of urban planning. The municipalities are located less than fifteen kilometres from the periphery of ' an agglomeration of more than 15,000 inhabitants within the meaning of the general population census are affected by limited constructibility. For municipalities not covered by an applicable SCOT (=approved), a PLU may not be amended or revised in order to; open to #x27;urbanisation an AU zone demarcated after 1 July 2002 or a natural area.
