Dataset description

#### Presentation The European Commission has adopted the French map of regional aid areas (AFR) for the period 2022-2027, implemented by [Decree 2022-968 of 30 June 2022 on regional aid areas and investment aid areas for small and medium-sized enterprises for the period 2022-2027](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/jorf/id/JORFTEXT000046003627?init=true&page=1&query=aides+%C3%A0+finalit%C3%A9+r%C3%A9gionale&searchField=ALL&tab_selection=all). It replaces the map of AFR zones 2014-2021 which expired on 31 December 2021. This new map delineates the areas, conditions and limits within which the State and local authorities will be able to allocate investment and job creation aid to enterprises.
