As part of the “sensitive natural areas” policy, the department of the Alpes de Haute Provence has established pre-emption zones on various sites, enabling it to monitor land in the areas in question. The register of pre-emption zones is presented by site, by municipality. Any Statement of Intention of Aliner (DIA) located in a pre-emption area must be addressed to the Department in order to permit the sale of the property in the event of non-preemption by the Department and its delegates. The proposed list contains the following data: \- place-dit/toponym \- name of the municipality \- code insee of the municipality \- section \- parcel \- deliberation date \- site code/ENS identifier (same identifying as in the list of ENS also published in open data) (NB: upcoming update as columns NOM_PREEMP and ID_ENS are incomplete)
