Registers of premises and parcels of legal persons

The registers of legal persons list at departmental level the legal persons which appear in the cadastral documentation, in the situation of 1 January of the reference year (n or n-1 depending on the date of download), as holders of rights in rem in immovable property, with the exception of single-member companies and individual entrepreneurs. The files of built (local) properties return the cadastral references and address of the premises, supplemented by the law code, the name and the legal form of the legal persons who own the property. The files of unbuilt properties (parcels) return the cadastral references, address, capacity and cultivation nature of the parcels, supplemented by the law code, the name and the legal form of the owner legal persons.
