All areas defined by the prefectural decree approving the PPRI are seized, including white areas (areas included in the study, but not #x27; subject to #x27; no regulatory constraint). The PPR is a regulatory prevention file that makes populations and planners aware of risk areas and defines measures to reduce vulnerability It was established by the Law of 22 July 1987, amended by the Law of 2 February 1995.
