Dataset description

For natural PPRs, the environmental code defines two categories of zones (L562-1): risk-exposed areas and areas that are not directly exposed to risks but where measures may be foreseen to avoid exacerbating the risk. Depending on the level of hazard and the issues at stake, each zone is subject to an enforceable settlement which aims to set out, in a clear and operational manner, the regulatory measures that apply to each of the restricted zones. The Regulation generally distinguishes five types of zones: 1. ‘building prohibition zones’, known as ‘red zones’ or ‘pink zones’, depending on the level of hazard, in an area not or little built up, or in an agricultural or natural area, then the general rule is the prohibition on building; 2. ‘zones subject to requirements’, known as ‘magentas zones’ or ‘blue zones’, depending on the level of hazard in a built-up area, then projects are subject to requirements adapted to the type of issue; 3. ‘white areas’ not defined in the Regulation and for which the PPRi does not apply, as they are not subject to hazard. The identification of these homogeneous areas results in the development of a mapping of the regulatory zoning of the PPRi. __Origin__ Genealogy __Partner organisations__ DDTM Charente-Maritime, DDT Marne __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-0ce049ea-2462-4217-b1de-a8bbbbfd0455) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/1bdd1a61e40d805be2f2208649419eab75ec948c)
