Dataset description

In accordance with Articles L. 562-1 et seq. of the Code de l' the environment, the plans for the prevention of natural hazards (PPRN) and the plans for the prevention of mining risks (PPRM) delimit:- areas exposed to risks in which construction, works, developments and operations are prohibited or subject to conditions;- areas not directly exposed to risks in which the construction, works, works, development and operations are prohibited or subject to conditions because they are likely to aggravate the risks or to cause new onesThe regulated zoning of PPRN-PPRM thus constitute the generators (as well as the bases confused with generators) of the servitudes PM1.This resource describes the generators of the servitudes PM1 __Origin__ This layer covers the department of the Channel (50). It is a composite data from layers of the same vintage (except the forest layer which dates back to 2000). It is made from the communal cutting of the BD-TOPO® from l'IGN. L' land cover is defined for each commune by successive integration on the \#x27; blank space of reference graphic layers according to the following order: 1°) BD-TOPO® of l'IGN©; 2°) BD-FORET® V1 of l'IGN© (on the #x27 rd; right-of-way of the vegetation layer of the BD-TOPO®, the non-forest vegetation being then crossed with the urban task built from the BD-TOPO® to estimate the artificial part); 3°) ASP agricultural RPG; 4°) Majic Parcellar of DGFiP. At the end of the process of integration, the remaining blank spaces are filled by the predominant adjoining land occupation. Thus, the layer is obtained from data whose validity scales and update dates are not always homogeneous. This aspect must be taken into account by the user when using it. However, this work makes it possible to obtain an admissible perception for reflections on the \#x27; evolution of the soil on a communal or supra-communal scale. __Partner organisations__ DDTM Manche, Contact taken from l'existing 58615 __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-687f8688-3907-4d50-b5dc-102eb03c8d36) * [interactive mapping](http://carto.geo-ide.application.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/481/OSCOM2013_R28.map) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/356125055a60140740217c1954545a26e864d045)
