Requirements of the PLU (doc. of 24.9.2015) of the municipality of Aubigny-sur-Nère

The requirements of a document d' urban planning are defined in article R123-11 of the code of urbanism. A prescription is in the form of a surfacing, linear or point information that appears on the graphic documents of the PLU or the POS. A prescription superimposed on an area of the document d’#x27; urban planning generally exerts an additional constraint on the settlement of the area. __Origin__ The boundaries of a sector are shown on the graphical documents of the municipal map. They generally correspond to the limits of d' an aggregate of cadastral plots. The geometry of cadastral plots is a data derived from the cadastral geographical reference chosen at the time of the; elaboration of the document d' urbanism.
