Easement relating to prohibitions on access to properties adjacent to express roads and deviations of #x27; agglomerations pursuant to Articles 4 and 5 of Law No 69-7 of 3 January 1969. Articles repealed, see sections L. 151-3 and L. 152-1 of the Highway Code.L' plate of #x27; an easement is the spatial field (i.e., the geographical area) to #x27; within which s' applies the easement.
