For PPRTs, the code of l'environment defines a single category of zones for zones (L515-15 et seq.): areas exposed to risk. Unlike natural PPRs, PPRTs never have restricted zones that are not directly exposed to risks.Depending on the level of #x27; hazard, each area of the PPRT is the subject of an opposable settlement. The PPRT regulations generally distinguish between two types of zones:1- “zones d' prohibition to build”, so-called “red zones”, when the level of ' hazard is strong and the general rule is the “prohibition to build”;2- “areas subject to requirements”, known as “blue zones”, when the level of #x27; hazard is average and the projects are subject to requirements adapted to the type of d' issue.The instructions in the guide d’#x27; development PPRT add gradation to the “red zones” and “blue zones”. __Origin__ The perimeter of a prescribed PPR is usually provided in the prefect’s prescription order. The perimeter d' exposure to risks — or regulated perimeter — corresponds to the \#x27; geometric aggregation of l' all the restricted zones listed in the same PPR.
