Dataset description

Review of the contentious criminal consequences of the action of the Directorate-General for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Prevention (DGCCRF) in the field of restrictive business practices (PCR). A finding of a breach of PCR may lead to the drawing up of a report sent by the DGCCRF to the public prosecutor. If the record is not filed without action, the consequences which may be given to it are either a settlement or a judgment (1st instance), and possibly a judgment in the event of an appeal against that judgment. This file contains data since 2012 broken down by reason of litigation (invoicing, payment period, single agreement, paracommercialism, resale at loss, minimum price imposed) and by type of litigation suite (PV, transaction, judgment, judgment).
