Dataset description

Rural Revitalisation Areas (RRAs) aim to support the development of rural areas mainly through fiscal and social measures. They were created by the law d' Orientation for Territorial Planning and Development (LOADT) of 4 February 1995. The CIADT of 3 September 2003 defined new guidelines for adapting this tool to current needs. The corresponding provisions are enshrined in the Law on the Development of Rural Territories of 23 February 2005 and Decree No 2005-1435 of 21 November 2005. The list recording the classification of municipalities in ZRR is drawn up and revised each year by decree of the Prime Minister according to the creations, deletions and modifications of the scopes of EPCIs with own taxation recorded on 31 December of the previous year. L' Decree dated 30 July 2014 establishing the classification of municipalities in rural revitalisation areas can be downloaded from the OJ: http://legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000029314044&categorieLien=id __Origin__ The noise levels emitted by a given infrastructure during an average day are evaluated using numerical models producing isophone curves translated into noise zones, according to the;recommended index for all modes of transport at European level, namely the Lden index, and l' index Ln.Strategic noise maps aggregate or translate these noise zones according to the type of strategic noise map, i.e. maps d' exposure to noise, areas affected by noise, maps of exceedance of limit values, and maps d' known or foreseeable evolution of noise level.Strategic noise maps, regulatoryly approved by the Prefect, must be re-engineered and, where necessary, revised every 5 years. The updates to strategic noise maps must cover several aspects of the acquisition, the processing of the data and the publication of the results:- with the correction, if necessary, on the date N+ 1, of the errors made when drawing up the documents on date N,- with the addition of all new data (new paths, new buildings...) created between date N and date N+ 1. __Partner organisations__ DRAAF Occitanie __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-549ee255-84be-4eaa-830b-2e3800d4308a) * [COVADIS data standard: Rural Revitalisation Area](http://geostandards.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/afficherPageStandard.do?jeu=N_ZRR_ZSUP) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/3a9c81147d309d1139164bcafbd646509656367d)
