Urban planning documents of Saint-Brieuc Armor Agglomération — Local urban planning plans (PLU), communal maps and national regulations (graphic regulations, prescriptions, information, servitudes) of the 32 communes of Saint-Brieuc Armor Agglomération. The Plan Local d’Urbanisme (PLU) is an urban planning document that translates a global development and urban planning project and sets the rules for land use and development accordingly. It replaces the Land Use Plan (POS) since the Act on Urban Solidarity and Renewal of 13 December 2000. Objects dedicated to the digitisation of graphic elements solely dedicated to editing the plan in its paper form. Written on the PLU in relation to one of the regulations (track width, position, name of neighbouring municipalities,...).
