Dataset description

Zone defined by Article L2224-10 of the General Code of Local and Regional Authorities (transposition of the European Directive of 21 May 1991) An agglomeration is an area in which the population or economic activities are sufficiently concentrated so that it is possible to collect domestic wastewater for transport to a single purification system. The areas served by a collection network connected to a single purification system and those in which the creation of a network has been decided by a deliberation of the competent authority shall be considered to be included in the same agglomeration. Agglomerations are codified by a SANDRE code. By convention for the Puy-de-Dôme table, the SANDRE code of l' Agglomeration is equal to the SANDRE code of the wastewater treatment plant. __Origin__ 4 cases arise: — We have zoning d' sanitation approved by the municipality: 1. The zoning shall provide for at least 1 AC zone: Digitisation from paper plans of zoning d' sanitation 2.
