Dataset following the Common Local Data Socle schema: [school catering menus] (https://scdl.opendatafrance.net/docs/schemas/menus-collectifs.html) (schematic documentation) Find all the detailed composition (allergens, etc.) of menus on Angers Loire Restauration’s website [link] (https://www.papillote-et-cie.fr). Menus are made available for the corresponding current period between two school holidays.
