Dataset description

The DOE is the reference flow rate allowing the achievement of good water status and above which all uses are satisfied on average 8 years out of 10. It reflects the requirements of the balanced management referred to in Article L. 211-1 of the Environmental Code. The DCR is the reference flow below which only the requirements of health, public safety, civil safety, drinking water supply and the needs of natural environments can be met. Table C3 and map C3 determine, on the main hydrological axes of the basin, a network of nodal points for which DOE and DCR values are defined as the reference for water management. At each nodal point, the DOE value is referred to each year during a low period as a daily average value. This strategic objective structure and dimension the means defined in the following provisions of the SDAGE in order to restore quantitative balances by 2021.
