Sectors of the municipal map (doc. of 16.8.2011) of the city of Saint-Germain-des-Bois

The code of urban planning defines two types of sectors for municipal maps: construction and inconstructible sectors.There are, however, special cases:- Graphic documents may define sectors reserved for industrial or craft activities, in particular those incompatible with the vicinity of inhabited areas.- They delimit, s' the sectors in which reconstruction at #x27;identical of #x27;a building destroyed by a disaster n' is not allowed.- Facilities necessary for collective facilities, for agriculture or forestry and for the development of natural resources are not covered by the principle of inconstructibility resulting from a classification.The sectors of the municipal map do not always cover the whole of the communal territory.The areas of the municipality not covered by a sector are represented by an object in order to cover the whole of the municipality. __Origin__ A prescription is represented on the graphical documents of the PLU or POS. Its geometry is usually obtained by scanning the figures drawn on the regulatory zoning plane.
