Dataset description

The code of urban planning defines two types of sectors for municipal maps: constructible and inconstructible sectors. However, there are special cases: — Graphical documents may define sectors reserved for industrial or craft activities, in particular those incompatible with the neighbourhood of inhabited areas. — They delimit, where applicable, the sectors in which reconstruction at the same time as #x27; a building destroyed by a disaster no. #x27; is not allowed. — Installations necessary for collective facilities, for agriculture or forestry and for the development of natural resources are not covered by the principle of inconstructibility resulting from classification. The areas of the municipal map do not always cover the whole of the communal territory. The areas of the municipality not covered by a sector are represented by an object to cover the whole municipality. __Origin__ This assembled layer brings together all the sectors appearing on the communal maps, which themselves are based on the common limits, available at the date of digitisation of the document. __Partner organisations__ DDT Haute-Savoie __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-1433a850-de0e-4730-add4-0cfd899dba69) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/07485d9ecfdd9e0e0add5904b775c0d3950b8c7b)
