Dataset description

A Sensitive Natural Space (ENS) is one of the protected natural areas (ENPs) that are designated or managed within an international, community, national or local framework with a view to achieving specific objectives of conservation of the natural heritage. At the department scale, any natural area known as “sensitive” (site, landscape, rare or threatened natural environment, natural field of #x27; flood expansion, wood or forest, natural part of the so-called “fifty geometric steps”, as well as certain paths or paths) can be acquired by the General Council from the funds raised by a specific tax (the TDENS — departmental tax for sensitive natural areas) relating to certain buildings and certain developments. These areas, thus protected by land control, are managed and open to the public in 4 objectives: * preserving their quality;* safeguarding natural habitats; * create walking and hiking itineraries;* create spaces dedicated to sport and nature. They are classified in category V of the IUCN.Legal references: Articles L142-1 to L142-13 and R142-1 to R142-19 of the urban planning code. __Origin__ The delivery station is the connecting node of all wind turbines before the electricity is injected into the public grid. Some wind farms, by their size, can own several delivery stations or even connect directly to a source station, which links to the electricity transmission network (high voltage lines). They are scanned by the Instructor Service from the file of d' authorisation that he receives from the petitioner. This digitisation is usually done either: using coordinates expressed in a known coordinate system and provided in literal form in the d & #x27 folder; authorisation, by visual report on the appropriate large-scale geographical repository (in the absence of SCAN25®) of the wind turbines represented on the plan annexed to the file. If the digitisation of the delivery station takes place a posteriori from their construction, it may be desirable to be carried out at the\#x27; help with an orthophotographic background. __Partner organisations__ DDT Cantal, General Council of Cantal — Stéphanie PAULET, DREAL Auvergne __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-164c8a81-221c-43c2-b7d8-6339fdc7eb7b) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/c993176dca2dbdf7f3c10f9f8592610fe0136148)
