Servitudes PM1: Plans for the Prevention of Predictable Natural Hazards (PPRN plates) — Haute-Garonne

Zoning envelopes related to Class PM1 easements (Plan for the Prevention of Predictable Natural Hazards or Mining). PPRNPs are intended for the prevention of natural hazards such as flooding, movement of land, avalanches, forest fires, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, storms or cyclones. These plans shall delineate: — the areas exposed to the risks in which the construction, works, development and holdings are prohibited or subject to conditions; — areas not directly exposed to the risks in which the construction, works, fitting-outs and holdings are prohibited or subject to conditions because they are likely to aggravate the risks or cause them to new ones.
