Dataset description

Servitudes of public utility are administrative limitations on the right to property, they are instituted for the benefit of public persons, concessionaires of services or public works, private persons engaged in an activity of the public interest; general interest. The collection and conservation of servitudes of public utility are a sovereign mission of the State which must bring them to the attention of the local authorities so that they annex them to their document d’' urbanism. The easements of public utility concerned are those defined by Articles L. 126-1 and R. 126-1 of the Code de l’' urban planning and their annexes. A public utility is the decision, usually of a regulatory or administrative nature, which creates the servitude. This act results in a law, regulation or decision resulting from an administrative procedure or an amicable agreement (formerly bylaw of classification of n°#x27; a historical monument, inscription of n°#x27; a course of #x27; water to the nomenclature of inland waterways or waterways.). An act may institute one or more servitudes. __Origin__ A registration is created for each SUP manager.
