Dataset description

PT1 class servitudes concern the protection easements of radio reception centres against electromagnetic disturbance: In order to ensure the proper functioning of the networks, easements are established pursuant to Articles L. 57 to L.62-1 of the Post and Electronic Communications Code in order to protect radio centres against electromagnetic disturbances that may result from the operation of certain equipment, including electrical equipment. Two schemes should be distinguished: — servitudes instituted for the benefit of radio centres concerning national defence or public security (Articles L.57 to L.62 of the Postal and Electronic Communications Code); — easements established for the benefit of radio centres owned by private operators (Article L.62-1 of the Postal and Electronic Communications Code). However, in the absence of a decree of #x27; application of Article L.62-1 of the Postal and Electronic Communications Code, operators of electronic communications networks open to the public cannot benefit from radio easements to date. Servitude has the consequence of: — l' obligation to stop electromagnetic disturbances: Every owner or user of an electrical installation producing or propagating disturbances that interferes with the operation of a reception centre is required to comply with the provisions indicated to it by the Minister in charge of the operation or control of the centre in order to stop the disorder; — l' prohibition in radio protection zones for owners or users of #x27; electrical installations to produce or propagate disturbances in the range of #x27; radio waves received by the centre and having a greater degree of gravity for the centre apparatus than the value compatible with its operation; — l' prohibition, in radio guard zones, from putting into service electrical equipment likely to disrupt radio receptions or d' make modifications to it without the authorisation of the Minister in charge of #x27; operation of the centre This resource describes the generators of the PT1 easements, i.e. radio reception centres operated by the various ministerial departments or under the supervision of; a d' they are classified into three categories of #x27; after their importance, the nature of the service they provide and their geographical location __Origin__ According to the state of the heritage of the geographical data used in the port-to-know of l’' State-by digitisation of the centroids of the receptors (example: antennas)- by reuse of the resource N_PT2_GENERATEUR_SUP_P described by the Geostandard COVADIS Servitudes d’' Public Usage and rendered obsolete by this CNIG standard __Partner organisations__ DDT Dordogne, DDT Loir-et-Cher __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-b5078e46-14f2-4f8f-9c6d-7b7c7a8f05b2) * [COVADIS data standard: Table containing point generators related to PT2 easements](http://geostandards.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/afficherPageStandard.do?jeu=PT2_GENERATEUR_SUP_P) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/0989e7ffee11adc3cf7d29f94b92cb01bac4ab53)
