Dataset description

The official website of the French administration service-public.fr references some fifty simulators available to answer a wide range of administrative questions that arise for individuals and professionals. Some have been developed by DILA, including the simulator for calculating default interest; this simulator is also available on the boamp.fr website dedicated to public procurement. When performing a public contract, if the administration fails to comply with the statutory deadlines for paying its supplier and its subcontractor where applicable, financial penalties shall be applied. This default interest simulator makes it possible to calculate late payment penalties under a contract governed by public procurement regulations. The simulator data is updated according to regulatory developments, at least twice a year, in January and July. The simulators developed by DILA use the **G6K simulation engine** whose sources can be accessed via the link: https://github.com/eureka2/G6K In addition to the sources, are available via this link: — The definition (steps, rules,.), in XSD format, valid for all simulators developed with the G6K engine; — The procedure for making available and installing the engine. **The simulator data provided by the DILA shall consist of:** — an XML file for the definition of the simulator; — a data schema in JSON format; — data in JSON format.
