Dataset description

The official website of the French administration [service-public.fr](https://www.service-public.fr) refers to about 60 simulators available to answer a wide range of administrative questions that arise for individuals and professionals. Some of these simulators have been developed by the Directorate of Legal and Administrative Information (DILA), including the [Stretched ZONES Simulator](https://www.service-public.fr/particuliers/vosdroits/R49131). This simulator makes it possible to determine if a housing is located in a tense area. The zone determines: • bare land: the right to exemption from the property tax on unbuilt properties; • vacant accommodation: the application of the tax on vacant dwellings applicable to certain municipalities (TLV); • rented accommodation; • the right to 1 month’s notice for the tenant (empty accommodation or law 1948); • the application of rent management (empty or furnished accommodation). The simulator data is updated in line with regulatory developments. The simulators developed by DILA use the G6K simulation engine whose sources are accessible via the link: https://github.com/eureka2/G6K In addition to the sources, are available via this link: — Definition (steps, rules,.), in XSD format, valid for all simulators developed with the G6K engine; — The procedure for making available and installing the engine. The simulator data made available by DILA consist of: • a presentation of the simulator in PDF format; • an XML file with the simulator calculation rules; • a style sheet in CSS format; • reference data in JSON format; • a diagram of the reference data in SCHEMA.JSON format.
