Dataset description

The official website of the French administration [service-public.fr](https://www.service-public.fr) refers to some sixty simulators available to answer a wide range of administrative questions that arise for individuals and professionals. Some of these simulators have been developed by the Directorate of Legal and Administrative Information (DILA), including the [simulator to know the area of its municipality: ABIS, A, B1, B2 or C](https://www.service-public.fr/particuliers/vosdroits/R46110). This simulator makes it possible to find out which geographical area belongs to a municipality (real estate zoning A, Abis, B1, B2 or C) on which the housing concerned depends. The area shall determine: • maximum income for entitlement to social housing; • the maximum income to qualify for the zero-rate loan or social accession loan; • for a lessor, the right to a tax reduction; • for the landlord of a dwelling contracted with the Anah; • the right to a tax deduction on land income; • the maximum income of the applicant tenant; • maximum initial rent. The simulator data is updated according to regulatory developments. The simulators developed by DILA use the G6K simulation engine whose sources are accessible via the link: https://github.com/eureka2/G6K In addition to the sources, are available via this link: — The definition (steps, rules,.), in XSD format, valid for all simulators developed with the G6K engine; — The procedure for making available and installing the engine. The simulator data provided by DILA shall consist of: — a presentation of the simulator (PDF); — simulator calculation rules (XML); — a style sheet (CSS); — reference data (JSON); — a schema of the reference data (Schema JSON).
