Dataset description

The COVADIS Risk Prevention Plan (RPP) data standard contains all the technical and organisational specifications for the digital storage of the spatial data represented in the PPRs. L' development of a PPR is the responsibility of the State. It is decided by the Prefect. PPRs contain three categories of information: • Regulatory mapping defines the areas in which specific regulations apply. These regulations have easement value and impose requirements varying according to the level of hazard to which the area is exposed. • The hazards to the origin of the risk appear in documents d' hazard which can be inserted in the submission report or annexed to the PPR. These documents are used to map the different levels of ' intensity of each hazard taken into account in the risk prevention plan. • The issues identified at the time of the development of the RPP can also be annexed to the approved document in the form of maps. This data standard does not consist of a complete modelling of a risk prevention plan file. The scope of this document is limited to the geographical data contained in the PPRs that are regulatory or not. __Origin__ In the awaiting of #x27; application of the Geostandard (COVADIS) on GIS data for publication on the Georisks portal, refer to the pdf documents on the Prefecture’s website (see resource URL), if necessary the documents are in town hall. Three genealogies are possible to obtain the constitutive dataset (GIS) of a PPR: — L#x27; preparation of the PPR has taken place a posteriori of the publication of this standard. The master of the PPR was able to take into account the technical specifications of the PPR standard from the start of the procedure. — The development of the PPR and the publication of this standard are concurrent. The geographical data had to be the subject of a “hot” standardisation during the procedure, taking advantage of the knowledge of all stakeholders in the file. — Publication of the standard took place after the adoption of the PPR procedure. The master responsible for managing the PPR decided to take over the file to produce the data in format COVADIS. This production may involve the resumption of pre-existing geographical data as part of digitisation. This metadata can be usefully supplemented with the specific characteristics of the datasets obtained by indicating whether the quality recommendations (B.4) of the standard have been met or possibly measured, and by specifying any technical limitations caused by the procedure used. __Partner organisations__ DDT Essonne __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-ldd-701efe1f-fe95-43fa-b06d-6ac532f35cb6) * [HTML view of metadata on the Internet](http://catalogue.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/catalogue/apps/search/?uuid=fr-120066022-ldd-b76b2d21-5d3c-47b2-9988-86fb5284d97a) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/9aed96a6e0d5328211ec9752de2e06423ecb79cb)
