SNCF agents of foreign nationality

Foreign nationals as of 31 December 2010. * “College”: classification according to the Staff Representation Colleges, i.e. ‘execution’, ‘master’ and ‘management’. * “staff in the Staff Regulations”: also designated by “permanent framework” within SNCF, this term refers to a statutory position, regardless of the staff member’s college, in accordance with the provisions of the internal HR Directive 001 (“Status of collective relations between the SNCF and its staff”). * ‘contract staff’: designates a staff member who is not in the Staff Regulations but who is bound to SNCF by a common employment contract. * Rolling personnel include driving agents (‘rolling-driving’) and conductors (‘rolling trains’). These data are derived from the Social Assessment published each year by the Directorate Cohesion & Human Resources of SNCF. The social report presents data on all the company’s staff, with the exception of doctors involved in occupational medicine and care medicine of active agents, trainees, concierges and contract staff assisted. **As of 2019, the type of workforce taken into account by the Social Assessment has been changed: the number of staff presented is the total (rather than the “real” staff).** ****___~~~~~
