Social Security Financing Bill — Data from Social Security Policy Assessment Reports (SSRs)

The Social Security Policy Assessment Reports (SSRs) follow the quality and efficiency (QE) programmes. They make it possible to assess the results of social security policies against the objectives assigned to them. Annexed to the Social Security Financing Bill (PLFSS) since 2005, these reports also aim to assess the adequacy of the measures proposed in the PLFSS of the year to the economic, demographic, health and social context, using quantitative indicators. The reports are composed of framing indicators (part 1) and results (part 2). A summary summarises the various objectives, the main results obtained and the actions implemented to improve the achievement of the objectives. The latter is supplemented by a few key figures.
