Dataset description

The noise classification of land transport infrastructure is aimed at classifying all tracks with a TMJA (annual average daily traffic) exceeding 5000 vehicles/day for roadways. For railways, the threshold is 50 trains per day. The tracks are classified into 5 categories (1 being considered the loudest sum, and 5 the least noisy). A sector affected by noise arises from this classification, at ' within which s'' applies constructibility rules. The original representation of the noise classification and sectors affected by noise, provided by the department in charge of the theme, is based on the road theme of the BD-Carto. This version, although in conformity with the relevant regulations, could in some places suffer from lag for use on a parcel background in particular. Therefore, a representation compatible with large-scale use was generated, based on the road theme of the BD-Topo V2. __Origin__ The Vulnerable Zone 2014 was designed from the Prefectural Order 2014/48 of 2 June 2014. The administrative limits used are those of the BD Carto ® IGN-F. Finally, the document presents: — the departmental vulnerable zones of Alsace in 2014 — in which sensitive catchment areas will have been identified that will be Enhanced Actions (ZAR) or Enhanced Vulnerable Areas (VRZs). These are the 2014 rules for the management of the vulnerable zone specified in Annex 2. L' Annex 1 instruction d' Other actions: they are not included in this document (see document N_VULNERABLE_ZSUP_COUVER2014_R42) __Partner organisations__ DDT Hautes-Pyrénées __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-e65073af-3a12-4a59-8f2b-1f5e15c2fdfb) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/062d17cbb18fa76684aaf44cc40f792f7f0ce447)
