Dataset description

The development of road and rail traffic, as well as an urbanisation sometimes poorly controlled around the land transport infrastructure has created situations of high exposure to noise. In order to prevent further nuisances, when building new buildings in the vicinity of existing roads, sound insulation requirements laid down in the Decree of 30 May 1996 must be complied with by the builders (workmasters, construction companies, etc.) of the buildings concerned (house, hotel, etc.) educational institution, care and health institution) under construction contracts. The rules applicable to sound insulation on buildings built in the vicinity of ground transport infrastructure is based on Article L571-10 and Articles R571-32 to R571-43 of the Code from the environment. Compliance by manufacturers with these requirements is essential to avoid the creation of new blackheads. it’s a noise. Land transport infrastructure is classified into 5 categories according to the level of noise it generates. category 1 being the loudest. A sector affected by noise is defined on both sides of each infrastructure classified, in which the acoustic insulation requirements are to be complied with.
