Dataset description

The requirements of a document d' urban planning are defined in article R123-11 of the code of urbanism. A prescription is in the form of a surfacing, linear or point information that appears on the graphic documents of the PLU or the POS. A prescription superimposed on an area of the document d’#x27; urban planning generally exerts an additional constraint on the settlement of the area. __Origin__ Source of georeferencing: the name and timeliness of the geographical repository used to digitise PNR perimeters are entered by the SRC_GEOM and SRC_ANNEE fields of the N_ENP_PNR_S_r41 data series. L'INPN has chosen to; use the TOPO BD for geometry that s' essentially relies on common boundaries with a few exceptions (part of common). Thematic source: Administrative, legal or contractual classification of the protected natural area. These acts are referenced in the alphanumeric table N_ENP_ACTE_PNR_r41 associated with this dataset. In practice, the data was extracted from the national data downloaded from the INPN website on 4/09/2015. The data were checked locally from the COVADIS standard and the latest legal acts. The ACTE_DEB and ACTE_FIN attributes have been added to comply with the COVADIS standard. The creation date PNR Ballon des Vosges has also been corrected. These changes have been reported to INPN. Last Updates: The geographical changes concern the Lorraine NRP (Decree n°201-73 of 27 January 2015 renewing the classification of the Lorraine Regional Natural Park) __Partner organisations__ DDT Cher __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-5de97e77-4b41-4d04-9bb5-ecb49ae5c6a0) * [COVADIS data standard: Regional Natural Park](http://geostandards.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/afficherPageStandard.do?jeu=N_ENP_PNR_S) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/8f8a8112b8375366e28b51a3a5abf3b3cc023a3b)
