Dataset description

Forests and moors classified as reservoirs of biodiversity by the SRCE Poitou-Charentes. __Origin__ 1 — The biodiversity reservoirs of this subtrame have been identified by cartographic modelling, based on parameters of landscape ecology (naturality, connectivity, surface-compacity, fragmentation). An additional criterion was considered for the sub-trame of Forests and Heaths: L' seniority of the massifs. This information (“ancient forest”) apprehended thanks to Cassini’s maps translates the interest in the biodiversity of ancient and little remanufactured forest soils. The modelling carried out by CEREMA DTER SO. 2 — Potential biodiversity reservoirs have been prioritised in order to select the most spaces functional, corresponding to the biodiversity reservoirs of the territory. The criteria used are as follows: modelling potential (M), area (S), membership of a continuity of n°#x27; national importance (CIN), overlap with mandatory or non-compulsory biodiversity reservoirs (Z1 and Z2), presence of n°#x27; indicator species (E). An additional criterion was used for this sub-trame: L' inventory of heaths (L), communicated by the LPO Vienna. 3 — Additional work of refining the contours of biodiversity reservoirs has been carried out by the CRPF. It mainly consisted of: — Refine the contours of the tanks by photo-interpretation: the contours shall be adjusted to 1/100000th to the delimitation of wood and heath areas, excluding in particular urban areas; — Add the massifs geographically and ecologically close to the reservoirs of biodiversity, s'there are no; there are no obstacles to continuity between these entities; — Add massives d' interest that does not emerge from the modeling. The massifs refined as a result of this analysis were named and described (essences), then they were submitted to the opinion of local technicians. The work was presented in the Working Group on Forests and Heaths. __Partner organisations__ DREAL Poitou-Charentes, MTDA Agency __Links annexes__ * [basketDownloadFrontalParametrage](https://catalogue.sigena.fr/geosource/panierDownloadFrontalParametrage?LAYERIDTS=838641) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/7d2d767a2ec67685dbee5fa18bcf2a29d27b9bbe)
