Station cleanliness checks

This dataset informs about the level of cleanliness of the stations. **The cleanliness of the stations is a strong issue for SNCF. In order to satisfy customers, SNCF, together with the service provider, carries out checks on the conformity of the cleaning service, the frequency of which varies according to the size of the station. These checks are based on observation in different areas of the station, access, hall, quays, etc. and on different supports (glasses, floors, signage). The performance obligation shall be set at 90 % minimum compliance. Below, corrective actions are triggered quickly and are part of a continuous improvement process.** For each station, a line in the dataset corresponds to a monthly set of cleanliness checks carried out following the passage and actions of the cleaning service providers. For each month, the total number of observations and the number of non-conforming observations in the station concerned shall be indicated. The compliance rate is calculated by the operation (no observations — nb of non-conformities)/(nb of observations).
