Stop reference: GIS files

Unlike data sets impacted by datahub deployment, this dataset will not be deleted in its entirety, only the REFLEX.csv file will no longer be available. This dataset offers all the objects of the Île-de-France stop repository as well as a map to visualise the tree of the objects.
