Dataset description

The Métropole Européenne de Lille (MEL) has 115,000 students in its territory, or nearly 10 % of its population. After taking over research competence in 2009, the MEL adopted on October 14, 2016, the Metropolitan Schema of Higher Education and Research (SMESR). Given the large number of students in its territory, the MEL is conducting a reflection on the housing of students and their living environment within the metropolitan area.
