Dataset description

Servitudes of public utility (SUP) are administrative limitations on the right to property, they are instituted for the benefit of public persons, concessionaires of services or public works, private persons engaged in an activity of the public interest; general interest. The collection and conservation of servitudes of public utility are a sovereign mission of the State which must bring them to the attention of the local authorities so that they annex them to their document d’' urbanism. The easements of public utility concerned are those defined by Articles L. 126-1 and R. 126-1 of the Code de l’' urban planning and their annexes. T2 easements are linked to the possibility for manufacturers and operators of a passenger cable car declared to be of public benefit: — d'a right to #x27; establishment of n°#x27; an overflight easement of unbuilt land, not closed from #x27; a height of 50 meters. The easement is applicable to a width corresponding to the line’s right-of-way. — the right to remove from any obstacle or vegetation an area of strictly sufficient width and not exceeding 4 metres above the line and up to the ground level, in order to facilitate laying, removal, l' maintenance of cables. Text in force: law of 8 July 1941 establishing an overflight servitude for the benefit of cable cars. T2 easements shall be introduced in accordance with the following procedure: 1.Statement of public utility of the construction of cable cars intended for the carriage of passengers; 2.Special survey on the parcel plan carried out in each municipality concerned; 3.Approval by the competent authority of the draft details of the route of the cable car concerned; 4.Direct notification to interested parties of the line concerned; approval of the route of the line concerned; 5.Modalities of publication and d' display; 6. Alternation of servitude to the local plan of urban planning. link to the text of the law: http://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000000497700&idArticle=LEGIARTI000006878833&dateTexte=20140922 link to SUP digitisation guide: http://www.geomatique-aln.fr/spip.php?article296 The reference date of the data corresponds to the date of publication of this metadata __Origin__ A T2 easement generates recommended levels of detail that cannot be grasped or carried forward in practice on servitude plans because this makes little sense at the level of cartographic representation. Reference should be made to the regulatory reference to delineate the application of servitude. However, a representation of these plates is proposed by a geographical object of a polyline type corresponding to the flyby, the laying, the removal and the #x27; maintenance of cable cables allowing a geographical indication of the #x27; existence of easement. The input repository depends on the plate and is indicated when & it is known as attribute. __Partner organisations__ DDT Puy-de-Dôme, Ministry of Transport __Links annexes__ * [Sup scanning guide](http://www.geomatique-aln.fr/spip.php?article296) * [basketDownloadFrontalParametrage](https://catalogue.datara.gouv.fr/geosource/panierDownloadFrontalParametrage?LAYERIDTS=22177116) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/65f0c6cc482c85d7bd979a7df038035d41d948f8)
