Class I6 easements refer to easements related to mining and quarrying. These are two types of servitude. Easements of land tenure established for the benefit of mine operators, explorers and holders of exclusive research licences; this implies, in particular, for the operator of a mine, the possibility of occupying the land necessary for the operation of its mine and the installations essential to it. The same applies to the explorer as part of his exploration work and the holder of an exclusive research permit (conducting the research and facilities necessary for the extracted products). B) Servitudes of passage granted to holders of mining titles, quarry licences or research authorisations. Beneficiaries of securities may: — establish cables, pipes or conveying machinery and towers and masts necessary to support them at a minimum height of 4.75 metres; — bury cables or pipes at a minimum depth of 0.50 metres and establish the structures of less than 4 square metres of surface, necessary for the operation of such cables or pipelines, as well as boundary terminals; — remove the soil from all trees, shrubs or other obstacles. In addition, on a strip of land known as broadband, comprising the band provided for in the preceding paragraph, and the width of which shall be fixed as above within a limit of 15 metres, the passage of persons responsible for the installation, monitoring, maintenance, repair or removal of the above-listed equipment and the passage of machinery used for that purpose shall be authorised. In forest land, scaling may, if necessary, be allowed up to the limits of the broadband.
