Dataset description

The Act on Solidarity and Urban Renewal (Law SRU) of 13 December 2000 provides for the establishment, from 1 January 2002, of territorial coherence schemes, which replace the master plans. Developed by the elected representatives, at the scale of the living basin, d' habitat or d' employment, they will have as their vocation to; express the overall strategy of the Â#x27; agglomeration and d' set out the main choices in terms of?#x27; habitat, d#x27; balance between natural and urban areas, d' infrastructures, d' commercial urban planning. In peri-urban areas, in case the SCOT does not exist, any area of urbanisation will be blocked, unless agreed by the prefect, within a radius of 15 km around the communes of l' agglomeration if the latter has more than 15,000 inhabitants. __Origin__ The boundaries of a restricted zone are represented on the graphical documents of the PPR. Regulatory limits are generally set on natural phenomena, which do not follow cadastral or administrative boundaries. A PPR determines the boundaries of the different restricted zones according to the calculated right-of-way of hazardous phenomena. The publication of the standard took place after the PPR procedure was time-barred. The master responsible for managing the PPR decided to take over the file to produce the data in COVADIS format. This production may include the retrieval of pre-existing geographical data as part of digitisation. This metadata may be usefully supplemented by the characteristics specific to the datasets obtained by indicating whether the quality recommendations (B.4) of the standard have been complied with or possibly measured, and specifying any technical limitations caused by the procedure used. The opposable PPRN is a paper document. During the digitisation of the route, the contour was recalibrated on the cadastral plane of the DGFiP while respecting the original contour at best. __Partner organisations__ DDT Vienna __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-eeace029-f38b-4951-99da-2ded5b646b4b) * [COVADIS data standard: Restricted zone of a PPRN](http://geostandards.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/afficherPageStandard.do?jeu=N_ZONE_REG_PPRN_AAAANNNN_S) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/97b8b347c2c3a2d9efda20090a49567e8162e813)
