Territorial contracts with the Agence de l’'Eau Loire-Bretagne The territorial contract ensures the declination of the objectives of the SDAGE/SAGE at the community level. It ensures the consistency of actions in a given territory and the selection of the most efficient operations. It makes it possible to deal with all the problems: agriculture, water and wetland courses, domestic and industrial pollution, quantitative management, land management (multi-thematic). It brings together and mobilises local actors around common objectives (multi-partnership).
