Dataset description
The Entrepreneur Territory (formerly known as urban free zones or ZFU) are neighbourhoods with more than 10,000 inhabitants, located in so-called sensitive or disadvantaged areas. By granting tax and social exemptions to present companies, its ambition is to revitalise neighbourhoods considered priority in terms of their economic and social characteristics by relaunching economic activity and thus employment. Since 15 May 2007, its last modification, the Territory Entrepreneurs du Havre covers 200 ha. The perimeters of the Entrepreneurial Territories are determined by the Ministry of the City, Youth and Sports. It is captured by following the parcellar boundaries and track axes, ensuring that the addresses corresponding to the access of the parcels included in the perimeters are also included, in order to allow for the ventilation of the addresses by zoning.
