The perimeter of prior authorisation for leasing

The Permit to Rent To strengthen the arrangements already applied in the territory the City has adopted the prior authorisation to rent the so-called “lease permit”. This tracking device provided for by the ALUR law, competence of the Lille European Metropolis, is applicable since 1 April 2019. Landlords in certain areas of the city will be asked to have a permit to rent before any new rental. The lease permit is introduced in 14 districts of the Romanian territory which represent for the city an important issue of treatment of degraded habitat Any private landlord of dwellings, built before 1974, is required to apply for a lease permit before any new lease and each change of tenant.
