Dataset description

The specific plan of intervention (PPI) is a local device defined in France to protect populations, property and l’' environment, to cope with the particular risks associated with the Â#x27; existence of a; one or more industrial installations. The term also refers to the document that defines the device. It defines the emergency means used and their management arrangements in the event of an accident, the consequences of which exceed #x27; enclosure of the #x27th; installation at risk concerned. These arrangements cover the phases of vigilance, d' alert and d' intervention but also civil security exercises carried out periodically for proper appropriation of the device. The specific plan of intervention, designed and drafted by the public authorities, is part of the departmental ORSEC system. It is in interface with the emergency plans drawn up by industrialists at the origin of the risks involved. __Origin__ The data were entered from the official document held by the Seine-et-Marne Prefecture with the background scan 25 of IGN __Partner organisations__ DDT Seine-et-Marne __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-ldd-8be3cce2-66e8-420f-93ef-f0c1264f428c) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/68535945be043844cab101ead42d7cf244ae405c)
