Dataset description
The Science and Technology Observatory carried out for the Diact this study on the regional potential of scientific and technological skills related to key technologies 2005. Playing a key role in the dynamics of territorial development, these skills have been evaluated for each French and European region on the basis of bibliometric indicators and patents. The report presents the results of the study in two parts: the first part concerns scientific skills, the second part concerns technological skills.
